Sir, May be you do not see around Bhubaneswar and try to know the problems any body face from the real Estate Builders in purchasing a flat or house. 1) No builder completes the house within the estimated time that is mentioned the agreement. 2)For the Delay period the builder does not any a single coin. 3) The Agreement that the Builder prepares is very much towards the Builder. 4) The Builder does not construct the building as per the approved plan by BDA. 5) The builder does deviation in the approved plan construct. 6) BDA does not issue a Completion Certificate as the building is not created as per the approved plan. 7) The builder does not provide any Occupancy Certificate issued by BDA. 8) To occupy a house that does not have Occupancy Certificate is illegal as per BDA. 9) The Builder some way creates an environment to get the registration with a sale-deed having lots of incorrect information. There are many more point could be listed.. My question for you is, Have you ever tried to educate the people at Bhubaneswar? When will you look into these real problems for which lots of people faces problems and the Builder earns more money by cheating people.
